In terms of the e-commerce platform Distributor is defined as a company, general importer on the territory of the country of distributorship. In this case the principal will make a Distributorship Agreement with the importer-distributor.

A dealer network is a network of shops/agents on the territory of the countries of distributorship.

Dealer should sell the goods purchased from the principal under the conditions stipulated in the selling contract made between them. This contRact sets the minimum sales volume for a certain period of time, and the selling price. If a real selling volume will be lower than the set minimum, or the dealer violates the pricing policy defined by the agreement, the principal has a right to terminate the agreement.

How to become a distributor?

•    The main requirement for becoming a distributor is conclusion of the contract and transferring USD25,000 as a payment for the first order.
•    The main contract condition is achieving a constant turnover of total 5, 000 – 10, 000 pcs a month.  This turnover should be reached within the first 3 month of the e-commerce platform use.
•    5 000 – 10 000 pcs a month may include all the products available on the e-commerce platform and included into the list of products mentioned in the contract.

Distributor’s liabilities/rights
The distributor distributes the goods and services in the countries of distributorship.
The distributor does not own the exclusive rights in the country of distributorship. The distributor undertakes to study the local legislation in the country of distributorship.
